Albion Primary School is set in amongst spacious playing areas that include grassed oval, running track, games courts, an adventure playground, sand pit, jumping pits, shady courtyard, garden areas including a maths and sensory garden, a fruit orchard and vegetable garden.
The school has four main buildings. All teaching and learning areas have heating and cooling and interactive screens. The original school building houses classrooms, staff areas and administration offices. The BER building, or as we affectionately call it, 'The Village', houses classrooms and small break out areas. The red brick building at the back of the courtyard includes our library, canteen and a multi-purpose room. This room is used for indoor physical education, Perceptual Motor Program, visiting performers, community activities and whole school assemblies. Block C is the LTC building (cream coloured building) and it houses classrooms and the art room. The school received some capital works money in 2018. Works started in January 2020. All renovated areas were completed in July 2020 and we moved into them not long after.
The school received a minor capital grant to put a cover over the basketball court so that we have an outdoor space for physical education classes on days of inclement weather and for school events.
